General Terms & Conditions — The Energy Therapist
1. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your session (via cash, EFT, or approved payment method).
All prices are in AUD and are subject to change with notice.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will not have their deposit or funds refunded.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of other clients.
The full session fee will still apply.
4. Client Responsibility & Consent
By booking a session, you acknowledge that the services provided (Reiki, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Bio Resonance) are complementary therapies and do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.
You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or health concerns prior to your session.
5. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your written consent.
6. Right to Refuse Service
The Energy Therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe.
7. Disclaimer
Results from holistic therapies vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
